There are times when you may decide you don’t need to see the Doctor after all. Perhaps a problem has cropped up at short notice and you can’t attend. Whatever the reason, PLEASE let us know and we can offer your appointment to someone else. Ring the main surgery number, send a fax, use our 24hr Cancellation Hotline on 01270 376888.
If you need advice please telephone the surgery . A note will be made of your call and one of the nurses or doctors will ring you back, normally at the end of their surgeries.
The Medical Centre has all the facilities needed for examination, investigation and treatment. It is in your best interests to attend the surgery if at all possible. Housebound patients should request visits before 10:30am. Home visit and urgent requests may be handled by a doctor or triage nurse to assess the priority of the case and decide the best course of action. This could include advice only, attending an emergency surgery or a home visit.
