We offer pre-booked appointments, AM & PM, between 8:00am and 6:00pm from Monday to Friday. Appointments can be made by telephone or in person, between 8:00am and 6:30pm. Online appointment booking is of course available 24/7.
There are times when you may decide you don't need to see the Doctor after
all. Perhaps a problem has cropped up at short notice and you can't attend.
Whatever the reason, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE let us know and we can offer
your appointment to someone else. Ring the main surgery number, send a

If you need advice please telephone the surgery . A note will be made
of your call and one of the nurses or doctors will ring you back, normally
at the end of their surgeries.
The Medical Centre has all the facilities needed for examination, investigation
and treatment. It is in your best interests to attend the surgery if at
all possible. Housebound patients should request visits before 10:30am. Home
visit and urgent requests may be handled by a doctor or triage nurse to
assess the priority of the case and decide the best course of action.

Emergencies Outside Normal Surgery
We can be contacted direct on 01270 273666. Staffed by GPs and Nurses,
the Service staff will either offer advice, invite you to attend the
Centre for treatment or, in exceptional circumstances, arrange for a home
PLEASE NOTE this is not a drop-in centre. It is there to deal with urgent
cases, which need immediate attention and attendance is by appointment
Outside normal hours it is very unlikely you will be seen by your own
doctor. All doctors/nurses keep accurate records of every patient seen
and details will be forwarded to your own doctor.
You can also call NHS 111 for medical advice or help outside of your surgery opening hours, allowing you to get help if needed, It is not an emergency 999 and you will not be seen by a GP or nurse, you will simply speak to someone and get advice.
